Who owns the software?
Property Works has owned, managed and regularly updated the web-based software for more than two decades, so you can rest assured that your data safely resides on the most advanced platform in the industry.
Who owns the data stored in the software platform?
Our clients own all of the data stored in the software. For a small fee, you can receive a quarterly backup disk. Should you choose discontinue Property Works’ services for any reason, you can request a DVD containing all of your data in a common format.
How long will it take to get my account “up and running?”
We’ll work closely with you to obtain all of the necessary information needed to populate the software in a format that’s quick and easy. The time it takes to get your account up and running depends upon the number of locations and the amount of documentation provided. Once the documentation is received, you’ll receive a project timeline within days.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my account?
No matter which service level you choose, a relationship manager will be assigned to you so you’ll always have someone to call should you need assistance at a moment’s notice.
What happens if I can’t find a report that I need?
The software provides approximately 100 reports with just a few clicks. But if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll work with you to custom-build one that matches your needs.
Is Property Works prepared for the new lease accounting standards?
