Property Works Introduces Web-based Lease Management System at National Retail Tenants Association Conference November 16-19, 2003 in San Francisco

ATLANTA, GA – Property Works, a lease management company headquartered in Atlanta, introduced their new web-based software application, REport ms, at the National Retail Tenants Association (NRTA) annual conference November 16-19, 2003 in San Francisco. Designed to provide the most functionality and flexibility of any ASP solution currently available, REport ms received plenty of attention at the show.

According to managers Karla Bushaw and Kim Finnegan, many clients can't believe they can do so much for so little. "Other solutions can cost as much as half a million dollars just to implement when you add up the cost of purchasing the software, installing it, configuring it, and training users. No other company can come close to offering the value and service that we can," stressed Ms. Bushaw. "Plus, no other company has the industry know-how necessary to provide the end-user support that we do," added Ms. Finnegan.

REport ms has been available to Property Works existing customers since April of 2003, and has been embraced by many of them for its empowering single-point access and robust capabilities. REport ms is specifically developed for multi-unit retail tenants by seasoned real estate service professionals. "We call that the bundled knowledge difference," Ms. Bushaw adds.

With an eight-year history in the lease management industry behind them, Property Works has assembled an outstanding team comprised of professionals with wide-ranging backgrounds related to lease management. This team's combined expertise has enabled Property Works to build a software solution that intuitively follows the natural workflow involved in managing retail portfolios. Property Works is able to save its clients millions of dollars each year by closely tracking their lease renewals, property tax assessments, and occupancy costs. "When clients call our customer support center, they get industry experts. When they call the competition, they get tech support," relates Ms. Bushaw.
