Property Works Will provide comprehensive lease management to Ruby Tuesday
Property Works announced the signing of its newest client, Ruby Tuesday. Ruby Tuesday, a staple of the restaurant industry for nearly 50 years, will retain Property Works to manage their lease portfolio and accounting compliance.
“We first met at the 2019 Restaurant Finance and Development conference and knew right away we would be a good fit for Ruby Tuesday,” said company partner Karla Finnegan. “I look forward to seeing our relationship grow and expand.”
In addition to Full-Service lease management, Property Works will be helping Ruby Tuesday with payment obligation auditing, reviewing check registers and imputing that data into the Property Works system. This will help balance out old payment stream systems so all data can be managed in one place.
