Who do you typically work with?

We partner with multi-location operators across industries such as retail, food & beverage, automotive, wellness, service providers and more. While we have found that we deliver the greatest value to companies with 20 - 2000 locations, we will tailor our services to your needs.  

How does Property Works add value to my business?

Do I need to purchase software to work with Property Works? No. Our services stand on their own. We do leverage best-in-class technology to support your business, but you don’t need to purchase or manage additional systems to benefit from working with us.
Can you support companies with international locations?

Yes. We manage portfolios that span across the globe - All 50 states and 20 different counties.  Our experience with different currencies, languages, and regulatory environments makes us a trusted partner for global operators.

What level of involvement is required from my team?

We adapt to your preferences. Some clients want us to fully manage their lease and location administration, while others prefer a collaborative approach. Either way, our goal is to make your team’s work easier, not harder.

What does it cost to work with Property Works?

Our pricing is flexible and based on the services and scope of support you need. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide an ROI analysis and a clear proposal with transparent pricing so there are no surprises. 

How do you ensure accuracy in lease and location data?

Our team combines proven processes, quality checks, and technology-enabled tools to maintain clean, reliable data.  This ensures your leadership team can make decisions with confidence.

Do you use AI? Of course!  We use AI to supplement our human experience and talent.  AI allows us to generate some things faster and better.  BUT you can be assured that every document, query, and report is carefully reviewed by a qualified Property Works team member AND you can always (within business hours) connect directly with a person who understands your needs.  
How long does it take to get up and running? Onboarding typically takes 30 -120 days depending on the size of your portfolio and complexity of your needs.  Whatever the solution, we draw on our experience and best practices to minimize your team's lift.
